The Mountain Studio raises 5.5 MSEK

(Zermatt, a clothing brand with performance products for skiing and outdoor activities): Has raised 5.5 MSEK in a funding round from the three founders including the Austrian alpine superstar Marcel Hirscher, Peter Blom, and Stefan Engström, the founders of Peak Performance, alongside founding member Karl-Johan Persson through Philian Invest. “Philian has made a passive and smaller investment in The Mountain Studio. Mountain Studio is targeting a niche audience of passionate skiers who are willing to spend a lot of money on perfect functional clothing. Stefan Engström and Peter Blom are skilled entrepreneurs in advanced ski wear whom we have known for several years,” comments Björn Magnusson, Managing Director of Philian Invest.
