One Agency merges with Nordicstation and Polar Cape

(Stockholm, an IT consultancy): Has merged operations with Nordicstation and Polar Cape. One Agency, founded by members Andreas and Per Grape, and owned by Stella Capital with members Alf Thiel Metelius and Anders Brenner, will now form a European group with over 350 employees. Initially, One Agency, Nordicstation, and Polar Cape will operate under their existing brands. The goal is to form a unified consulting operation under a new joint brand.
