Musselfeed raises 6.1 MSEK

(Ellös, smart food and feed from blue mussels): Has raised 6.1 MSEK in a funding round from Kimo Björnsson, Gustav Institoris and member Jacob Rudbäck. Musselfeed uses mussels that would otherwise be discarded and turn them into flour. The flour is rich in both protein and Omega 3, and is primarily used as an additive in animal feed, but can also be used in cooking.
