Northe has been acquired by Virta

(Stockholm, a platform to optimize corporate EV usage): Has been acquired by Finnish EV charging platform Virta for an undisclosed amount, creating the largest B2B platform for EV drivers in the Nordics with over 100,000 active users. Early investors in Northe include members Johan Dennelind, Margaux Dietz, Tahero Nori, Marcus Thuresson, Simon Thuresson and founding member Tuva Palm. “This acquisition enables a real acceleration of the ongoing electrification of vehicle fleets in Sweden and, ultimately, across Europe,” comments Martin Lundgren, Head of Scandinavia at Virta.
