FAQ Founders Launchpad

Last update: 1 May 2026

  • Who can apply?
Any Nordic founder actively raising, pre-seed to growth. We care less about your stage and more about whether the round is real and the company is investable.

  • What does it cost?
If approved: 8 000 SEK listing fee plus 4% success fee on capital raised. No raise, no success fee.

  • How do I get approved?
Submit your deal. Our committee reviews it. If it's investable and complete, you go live to 2,500+ angels, family offices, and VCs.

  • How do you market my deal on the platform?
Your deal lands in the Deals feed, where members check in. We push approved deals through in-app notifications, weekly digests, and direct distribution to relevant investors across the Nordics.

  • Who actually sees my pitch?
Only verified Nordic Angels members. Every investor is invite-only and vouched for. No public listing. No leaks.

  • What if my deal doesn't get approved?
You can iterate and resubmit. No fee will be drawn.

  • What materials do I need?
A pitch deck, your terms, and the proof. Investors back momentum - show them traction, milestones, customer wins, revenue, signed LOIs, or whatever moves your story forward. The numbers don't have to be huge. They have to be real, and they have to be moving in the right direction. Bring the receipts, and you'll get the meetings.

  • Do I need a lead investor first?
No, but social proof moves rounds faster. If you've already got committed angels or a lead, list them. Credibility compounds, and investors pay attention to who's already in.

  • How fast can I expect to see investor interest?
Some founders get messages within days of going live. It depends entirely on the quality of your submission.

  • How is this different from other deal platforms?
Most platforms are open to anyone. Nordic Angels is invite-only and high-trust. Every investor is vouched for. Fewer eyeballs, but the right ones - and the most concentrated angel network in the Nordics.

  • What is the 8 000 SEK listing fee?
A one-time fee paid only if your deal is approved for listing. It covers the cost of putting your raise in front of 2,500+ vetted investors - distributed, marketed, and managed across the platform. Compared to a broker, advisor retainer, or the months you'd spend chasing warm intros, it's a fraction of what fundraising usually costs.

  • What is the 4% success fee?
A performance fee on capital actually raised through Launchpad. You only pay if you close. No raise, no fee. It's well below standard advisor and broker rates, and it keeps our incentives aligned with yours - we earn when you do.
